Privacy

Adams Flags believe that we should use personal information only for the purpose for which it was given. We will not pass personal information on to third parties (excepting where it is required by that party to carry out your wishes - eg. a delivery address to a courier to enable product you have ordered to be delivered to you).

We do have an email newsletter which we send out to clients. This is an 'optional' newsletter and you will only receive it if you request it as part of your communications with us. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information stored by us is accurate and is kept in a format that is not accessible by other than authorised people.

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated and added to your shopping cart before you enter your payment details. You can elect to proceed or abandon the purchase at that point.

In some cases the standard delivery charges will not be applicable. This may occur with particularly heavy or bulky items, or to some remote addresses. In this case we will always contact you before processing your order and seek your permission to proceed.

Our delivery times are usually one to three days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Where there is a reason why a delivery would take longer than one week we will contact you and advise you of this.

We will deliver, on request, to addresses outside of New Zealand . However, in all cases we will advise you of delivery charges and seek your further authorisation to proceed. We will not be responsible for damage in transit for overseas deliveries.

Returns or Damaged Goods

Should you receive a product in a damaged or faulty state you should call our web shopping controller on 03-4777395 and we will advise you how to proceed.

You can return any product to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. The product must be in original condition and in its original packaging. You can return the product by couriering it (at your cost) to 03-4777395.

Pricing

Our prices are expressed in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive. Website prices are the same as our in store prices unless specifically stated.
