Shipping

Our delivery times are usually one to three days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Where there is a reason why a delivery would take longer than one week we will contact you and advise you of this.

Delivery charges are calculated and added to your shopping cart before you enter your payment details. You can elect to proceed or abandon the purchase at that point.

In some cases the standard delivery charges will not be applicable. This may occur with particularly heavy or bulky items, or to some remote addresses. In this case we will always contact you before processing your order and seek your permission to proceed.  Rural delivery is extra and this charge should be automatically included once you enter the rural delivery address details.

We will deliver, on request, to addresses outside of New Zealand . However, in all cases we will advise you of delivery charges and seek your further authorisation to proceed.

 

International Delivery

We ship world wide. If you are ordering from overseas please email us at info@adamsflags.co.nz with your order and we will advise pricing information for delivery to your country.

We ship most products internationally except flag poles.

 

Returns or Damaged Goods

Should you receive a product in a damaged or faulty state you should call our web shopping controller on 03-4777395 and we will advise you how to proceed.

You can return any product to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. The product must be in original condition and in its original packaging. You can return the product by couriering it (at your cost) to 227 Crawford Street, Dunedin 9016.
